The mission of the Dayton Distance Running Hall of Fame is to honor those individuals who over the course of their involvement in the Dayton area distance running community have given their time, performance, energy, resources, and passion at a level which rises above all others.

The Dayton Distance Running Hall of Fame provides an avenue which allows the current and future distance running community to learn about those individuals, clubs, and races which shaped the distance running experience in the Dayton, Ohio area.
